| This is a panoramic view of the Walnut Grove Cemetery on Skeggs Creek near
the mouth of
Long Branch (called
Sinking Branch today). It is the probable final resting place for many of the
older Renner, Cromer, Linville, and McClure-related individuals. Walnut Grove
is the largest cemetery in the area and has many, many unmarked graves. |
